TSS43H型號天然氣撬裝疏水閥是一種全自動排液裝置，該產(chǎn)品在不使用其它動力的條件下使天然氣礦的氣水分離器或天然氣儲罐中的沉積水（液）實現(xiàn)全自動排放，排放水（液）的過程中無天然氣泄漏，避免了人工排工（液）帶來的天然氣損失（約為產(chǎn)量的1%），對確保供氣質(zhì)量、凈化環(huán)境、實行清潔生產(chǎn)、消除安全隱患和改善勞動條件均具有顯著的作用。

一、功能特點：

一、Functional characteristics：

二、安裝示意圖：
在新開井工程中，天然氣撬裝疏水閥的安裝，應在主體工程結(jié)束，完成系統(tǒng)試壓和管道吹掃作業(yè)之后進行。若在安裝疏水閥之后進行試壓和吹掃管線，則應將疏水閥橇與系統(tǒng)隔離，啟用旁通管線進行吹掃，以避免疏水閥內(nèi)部受到污染。
二、Installation diagram：

三、安裝、維護：
1、該疏水閥應水平安裝，在管線路較低位置，閥前應裝截止閥、過濾器，同時安裝旁通閥。
2、本疏水閥安裝完畢，開啟進口截止閥，再開啟出口截止閥，疏水閥開始正常運行連續(xù)排水作業(yè)。
3、安裝方向：閥體上的箭頭指向與管道流體方向一致。
4、排污：由于在疏水閥運行時，會有雜質(zhì)等污物隨凝結(jié)水進入疏水閥腔內(nèi)，應及時清除，以確保疏水閥的正常工作。排污時，首先關(guān)閉疏水閥前與后的截止閥，然后打開底部排污球閥，再慢開進口截止閥，以凝結(jié)水沖洗本閥內(nèi)腔渣物，直至將內(nèi)部沖洗干凈為止。
5、為確保天然氣撬裝疏水閥橇裝長期正常運行，疏水閥首次使用三個月，應進行第一次維護檢查保養(yǎng)。第一次維護保養(yǎng)時須制造廠專業(yè)技術(shù)人員現(xiàn)場進行技術(shù)指導，對疏水器內(nèi)部零件磨損、腐蝕情況和沉降污物情況進行檢查和相應調(diào)整，并根據(jù)污物沉降等情況進行分析，為使用單位提供運行、排污等建議，便于使用單位確定保養(yǎng)檢查和排污作業(yè)周期。
6、天然氣撬裝疏水閥橇裝投入運行后，即為全自動作業(yè)，無需人為操作，但仍須保持日常巡視管理工作。使用單位應堅持巡檢制度，以便發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時處理，并不斷總結(jié)運行經(jīng)驗，結(jié)合本單位實際情況制定更加切實有效的切實有效的運行管理制度，使產(chǎn)品更好發(fā)揮應有的作用。
三、 Installation and maintenance：
